Detailed Eligibility for NIBM Careers:
Educational Qualification:
Academic Associate – Consultancy:
- The candidate should have a good academic record with a Master’s degree in Economics / Finance from a recognized university.
- A Diploma / Certificate course in IT is preferred.
- The candidate must have good working knowledge of MS Office packages.
- The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting and research activities in similar institutions.
Office Assistants:
- The candidate should be a minimum Graduate in any discipline, Diploma/Certificate course in MS Office/Tally/any ERP System would be preferred.
- Good Knowledge and skill in Windows Operating System & MS Office with good typing speed of 40/50 WPM.
- The candidate should have minimum three years’ experience in administrative work.
Driver:
- The candidate should be minimum HSC and must have valid driving license of LMV and HMV.
- Minimum three years’ experience preferably, in corporate offices.
Tenure: Appointments will be offered on a contract basis for two years, inclusive of probation of initial six months. The contract is extendable subject to satisfactory review of performance.
Age Limit:
- Academic Associate – Consultancy: Preferably not more than 40 years
- Office Assistants: Preferably not more than 35 years
- Driver: Preferably not more than 40 years
Salary:
- Academic Associate – Consultancy: Rs. 40,000/-
- Office Assistants: Rs. 25,000/-
- Driver: Rs. 22,000/-
Selection Process for NIBM Careers:
- The selection process will be based on an interview.
- Interviews of shortlisted candidates will be conducted offline at NIBM Campus, Pune.
- The applications received in response to the advertisement will be scrutinised, and the shortlisted candidates only will be called for an interview
