Educational Qualification:
Multi-Tasking Staff:
- Essential – Matriculation or equivalent pass.
- Desirable – Intermediate (12th class) pass
Age Limit (As on 25 November 2025): Not exceeding 25 years
Age Relaxation:
- Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST): 5 years
- Other Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) – OBC(NCL): 3 years
- PwBD (Unreserved): 10 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- PwBD {Other Backwards Classes (Non-Creamy Layer)}: 13 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Relaxation of 03 years will be given by deducting the period of actual military service

Selection Process for NBRI Jobs:
- The selection for the post of Multi Tasking Staff will be made on the basis of the result of an open competitive written examination from amongst the Candidates possessing minimum educational qualification of Matriculation or its equivalent.
- Final Merit list will be prepared only on the basis of marks obtained by the Candidates in Competitive Written Examination.
Scheme of Open Competitive Written Examination:
- Mode of Examination: OMR-Based or Computer-Based Objective Type Multiple Choice Examination
- Medium of Questions: The questions will be set both in English and Hindi except the questions on the English Language
- Standard of exam: Matriculation
- Total No. of Questions: 150
- Total Time Allotted: 2 hours
