Project Title: Extraction and Stabilization of Microalgae Derived Red Pigment Phycoerythrin for Food Application
Technical Assistant:
- Essential: First Class M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology /Food Technology after B.Sc/B.Tech in Food Science/Food Technology/Dairy Technology
- Desirable:
- The Candidate who has qualified National Eligibility Test – UGC-NET/ICARNET or Equivalent will be preferred.
- At least 6 months experience.
Duration: The project will be active for 2 years; however, the initial appointment will be for one year and further extension will be based on the performance evaluation by the Principal Investigator and the position will be co-terminus with the project.
Age Limit (As on 03 October 2024): Below 29 years
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation will be given as per Govt. of India norms.
Salary: Rs. 23,000/- per month
