Educational Qualification:
Senior Consultant (Procurement):
- Engineering Graduate preferably with MBA/Degree in Economics
- Experience:
- At least five years’ experience in engineering works of infrastructure projects (preferably waterway, irrigation, barrage ports or at least similar linear projects).
- Knowledge/understanding of national/international markets for Procurement.
- Experience in procurement for large projects in transportation, waterways with World Bank Funding. Familiarity with the working of State Governments, Central Government and the World Bank.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and sketches.
- Proficiency in use of Computers.
- Good communication skills (in English and local language)
Consultant (Dredging Expert):
- Engineering Graduate in (Mechanical /Civil Engineering) from recognized university or Institute.
- Desirable: Degree/diploma/certificate courses in dredging and harbour engineering or any relevant courses.
- Experience: Minimum 05 to 07 years of experience in major river dredging projects and having thorough knowledge of dredging operations, hydrographic survey, quantity survey, type of soil, dredgers, contract management and project management etc.
Consultant (Fairway Management & Monitoring):
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Hydrography or Cat “B” Hydrographer / Associate Member of Institution of Surveyors in Sub division
- Desirable Qualification: Post graduate degree or diploma in Hydrography / Geography / Pollution Management or relevant Hydrographic Survey courses etc.
- Experience: Minimum experience of 5 to 7 years in the IWT field related to civil works, fairway development, maintenance and hydrographic surveys, planning, execution and monitoring of IWT dredging’s activities etc
Specialist (Finance):
- Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant or Graduate/ Post Graduate in Commerce/Economics/Statistics/Accounts/Management/MBA from recognized University or Institute.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years (Post qualification) in any Government organization or reputed large company, Knowledge of Financial and Accounting procedures, Familiarity with the working of State Govt., Central Govt. and the World Bank, Proficiency in use of Computers and Tally Accounting software, Good Communication Skills (in English and local language). (At least 2 years mandatory working experience in World Bank Projects)
Social Officer:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree preferably in Social Work/Sociology/ Anthropology/Urban and Regional Planning.
- Experience: 3- 5 years in the areas of land acquisition process, involuntary resettlement, consultation and participation, socio-economic surveys, monitoring and evolution, etc
Civil Engineer:
- Graduate in Civil Engineering preferably Post Graduate with specialization in structures/ hydraulics from any recognized university/institution, or AMIE from Institution of Engineers (India).
- Experience: 3-5 years experience in construction/ designing/planning/ supervision of Infrastructure Projects (preferably multimodal logistics parks, waterway, or similar projects).
Environment Officer:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree preferable in Environment Planning/Engineering/Sciences
- Experience: 3-5 years in Environmental Impact Assessment of Infrastructure Projects (preferably waterway, highway, barrage or at least similar linear projects).
