Educational Qualification:
Young professionals(HR): First Class Degree in any discipline with First Class MBA in HR/PG Diploma in HR of 02 years duration from University /Institutions recognised by the Government
Young professionals(Marketing): First Class Degree in any discipline with First Class MBA/PG Diploma in Management of 02 years duration from University /Institutions recognised by the Government
Junior Project Executive(Engineer): First Class Degree (or 5-year integrated course) in Engineering & Technology (Electronics/Electronics & Communications/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Industrial Electronics), awarded by Universities/Institutions recognized by the Government.
Junior Project Executive(Optical Manufacturing):
- M.Sc. Physics awarded by Universities / Institutions recognised by the Government. .
- Experience: Desirable – Working experience in the field of Optical work shop technology or manufacturing (Flat/Prism/Curved Optics)
Junior Project Executive(Thin Flim Coating):
- M.Sc. Physics awarded by Universities / Institutions recognised by the Government.
- Experience: Desirable -Working experience in the field of Optical thin film coatings
Age Limit ( As on 02 September 2023 ):
- Young professionals(HR): 35 Years
- Young professionals(Marketing): 35 Years
- Junior Project Executive(Engineer): 35 Years
- Junior Project Executive(Optical Manufacturing): 40 Years
- Junior Project Executive(Thin Flim Coating): 40 Years
Salary:

Selection Process:
- Selection will be based on qualification and experience and/or performance in the interview/interaction.
- Screening:
- A Screening Committee will do screening of Applications constituted for that purpose.
- The names of candidates shortlisted for Interview/Interaction will be notified on IOL website and call letters will be sent to their e-mails.
- Candidates are requested to print the call letter and comply with the instructions.
- Interview:
