About IBA: The Indian Banksโ Association (IBA), formed on (26 September 1946) as a representative body of management of banking in India operating in India โ an association of Indian banks and financial institutions based in Mumbai.[1] With an initial membership representing 22 banks in India in 1946, IBA currently represents 247 banking companies operating in India. IBA was formed for development, coordination and strengthening of Indian banking, and assist the member banks in various ways including implementation of new systems and adoption of standards among the members. Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Manager:
- A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India / Govt. bodies / AICTE
- 5 years of experience in the Banking / Financial or hospitality sector is preferred.
Manager (PS&BT):
- B.E./ B.Tech (Computer Science)/ B.Sc (IT)/ MCA or equivalent certifications from reputed Institutes
- 5 years experience, preferably in the Banking or Financial Sector (in their IT Department) / IT Industry
Manager (Legal):
- LLB or equivalent certifications from reputed Institutes
- 5 years of experience in handling Legal matters in Banking or Financial Sector / Legal firm is preferred
Probation and Confirmation: The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of one year from the date of joining. Their confirmation in the Associationโs service will be decided in terms of the provisions of the IBA Staff Rules
Age Limit (01 May 2024):
- Age should be not less than 25 years and not be more than 35 years
Salary:
- Rs. 45600 โ 108900/- at present.
- In addition, DA, HRA, Conveyance Allowance, Telephone Allowance, Annual Leave Travel Allowance, Annual Medical Aid and Annual Performance Incentive are payable. The total emoluments per annum excluding Annual Performance Incentive at the minimum of the pay scale comes to Rs. 10.92 Lakhs per annum approx.

Selection Process:
- Selection will be based on short listing of applicants and subsequent round of Personal Interview and/or any other selection method
- Adequate number of candidates as decided by the IBA will be shortlisted based on their qualification, experience and overall suitability for the post.
- Most suitable candidates will be called for the selection process (PI/any other selection method) and merely applying/being eligible for the post does not entitle the candidate to be eligible for the selection process.
- The qualifying marks in Interview/selection procedure will be decided by the IBA
- A candidate should qualify in all the processes of selection i.e. PI and/or other selection method (as the case may be) and should be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for subsequent process
