Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
For Steno-Typist, ClassIII (On Contract Basis):
- Bachelor’s degree or it’s equivalent from a recognized University,
- Must possess shorthand and typewriting.
- Candidate should have the knowledge of word processing on Computer.
For Chowkidar-cum-Peon (Class-IV)/ Sweeper-cum-Peon (Class-IV) (On Daily Wage basis):
- Middle Pass from an institution/ Boards duly recognized by the Central/State Government.
Age Limit(As on 1 Jan 2019): Between 18 and 45 years
Age Relaxation:
The upper age limit is relaxable for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/other categories of persons to the extent permissible under the general or special order(s) of the Himachal Pradesh Government.
Post wise Vacancies:
- For Steno-Typist, ClassIII: 3 posts
- For Chowkidar-cum-Peon (Class-IV): 1 post
- For Sweeper-cum-Peon (Class-IV): 1 post
Salary Details:
For Steno-Typist, ClassIII:
- 5910-20200+2000 Grade Pay in the pay band of 5910-20200+2000/- Grade Pay on fixed contractual emoluments per month or as fixed by the State Government from time to time.
For Chowkidar-cum-Peon (Class-IV)/ Sweeper-cum-Peon (Class-IV) (On Daily Wage basis):
- 250/- per day and revised from time to time by the State Government.
Examination Fees:
- For General: Rs.340/-
- For all other reserved categories: Rs.190/-
Payment Mode:
Demand Draft payable in favour of Member Secretary, H.P. State Legal Services Authority, Shimla.
Selection Process:
The selection process is based on written examination and interview.
