Technology Analyst Trainee (Apprentice):

What You Will Need to Have:

Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Computer Science, IT, etc.)
8.0+ CGPA (No Backlogs) equivalent academic excellence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
Foundational exposure to AI/ML concepts, such as understanding basic algorithms, data handling, or using AI powered tools and platforms, with an eagerness to learn and apply emerging technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

Knowledge of programming languages: Java OR .NET OR C OR C++OR C#, COBOL.
Experience with Python, R, SQL, T-SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau.
Familiarity with Selenium, API Testing, and frameworks like MSTest or NUnit.
Understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD) and software testing methodologies
Exposure to cloud technologies and modern development practices.
Additional preference will be given to candidates who possess relevant training certifications or internship experience
