Educational Qualification: 

Pharmacist:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) from a recognized university or equivalent and
  • Registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act-1948.
  • The Selected candidate has to be registered in Delhi Pharmacy Council within Six months of joining.

Nursing Officer:

  • B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized University or Institute. OR
  • Regular course in B.SC. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute. OR
  • Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized University or Institute.
  • Registered as a Nurse or Nurse –Midwife (RN or RN & RM) from any Nursing Council

AYA:

Cook (Male):

  • 10th class pass from a recognized Board or institute with certificate of diploma in Catering from a recognized institute.
  • A Trade Skill Test for cooking shall be conducted to assess suitability.
  • Experience: Experience of two years in a Government Department or Undertaking in catering.

Cook (Female):

  • 10th class pass from a recognized Board or institute with certificate of Diploma in Catering from a recognized institute.

Translator (Hindi):

Selection Process of DSSSB Careers:

  • The selection shall be made through One Tier and Two Tier examination scheme.
  • Marks scored by candidates in the computer-based Exam will be normalized (If required) by using the formula published by DSSSB and such normalized scores will be used to determine final merit and provisional nomination/selection.
  • The questions in the examination will be bilingual (Hindi & English) except for the Language papers which will be in the language concerned only.
  • Negative Marking will be applicable and deduction of 0.25 marks will be made for each wrong Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) answer.
  • The minimum qualifying marks for the written examination (objective) is General/EWS :40%
    OBC (Delhi) :35%, SC/ST/PH (PwD) :30%, Ex-servicemen will be given 5% relaxation in their respective categories subject to a minimum of 30%.

Detailed Eligibility – DSSSB careers:

Educational Qualification: 

Senior Personal Assistant:

  • Graduate with speed of not less than 110 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typewriting.

Personal Assistant:

  • Graduate with Shorthand speed of 100 w.p.m. and typing speed of 40 w.p.m. and having knowledge of computer

Junior Judicial Assistant:

  • Graduate with typing speed of not less than 40 words per minute on Computer.

Age Limit ( As on 08 February 2024): 

  • 18-27 years

Age relaxation of DSSSB Jobs:

  • SC/ST – 05 years
  • OBC – 03 years
  • PwD – 10 years
  • Others as per Govt instructions

Salary details of DSSSB Careers: 

  • Senior Personal Assistant: Rs. 47,600 – 1,51,100/- (Pay Level-8), Group: ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted)
  • Personal Assistant: Rs. 44,900 – 1,42,400/- (Pay Level-7), Group: ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted)

Selection Process of DSSSB Careers:

  • The selection will be based on the Examination
  • Marks scored by candidates in the computer-based Exam will be normalized (If required) by using the formula published by DSSSB and such normalized scores will be used to determine final merit and provisional nomination/selection.
  • Tier-III (Skill Test) shall be qualifying in nature and qualified candidates shall be eligible for Tier-IV (Interview)
  • Tier-IV (Interview)- There will be no minimum qualifying marks in the (Tier-IV) interview
  • Each MCQ will carry 1 mark and negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
  • The questions will be in English language only
  • DSSSB shall be responsible for conducting Tier-I, Tier-II & Tier-III Exam. and shall forward the list of shortlisted candidates to the District Court, Tis Hazari, Delhi for conducting Tier-IV (Interview)
  • The final merit list shall be prepared by the District Court, Tis Hazari, Delhi on the basis of marks obtained in Descriptive Test and Interview.
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks for Tier-I (MCQ) & Tier-II (Descriptive):-
    • For General Category – 50%
    • For Reserved category – 45%

The Examination Scheme:

Senior Personal Assistant:

  • Tier-I: The MCQ shall be taken for shortlisting candidates. The no. of candidates to be called for descriptive examination shall not be more than 25 times of the vacancies advertised (Marks:- 90, MCQ- 90, Time-90 min)
  • Tier-II: Descriptive test will be conducted for those candidates who have been shortlisted in Tier-I (MCQ Test). The no. of candidates to be called for skill test shall not be more than 10 times of the vacancies (Marks: 75 ,Ques/Items- 03, Time-90 min)
  • Tier-III: The skill test shall be qualifying in nature and candidates qualifying the skill test shall only be eligible for Interview i.e. Tier-IV exam (Shorthand test@110 wpm, Typing test @40 wpm)
  • Tier-IV: There will be no minimum qualifying marks in the interview. The Interview shall be conducted by the Delhi District Court, Tis Hazari, Delhi and final Merit List shall be prepared by the Delhi District Court, Tis Hazari, Delhi itself. (Marks: 10 (To be conducted and final merit list to be prepared by the District Court itself))

Personal Assistant:

  • Tier-I: MCQ(Marks:- 90, MCQ- 90, Time- 90 min)
  • Tier-II: Descriptive Test (English Language) Marks: 75, Ques/Items- 03, Time-90 min
  • Tier-III: Skill Test (Shorthand test@100 wpm, Typing test @40 wpm)
  • Tier-IV: Interview (Marks: 10 (To be conducted and final merit list to be prepared by the District Court itself))

Junior Judicial Assistant:
