• Master’s Degree in relevant subjects from a recognized University/Institution with at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate or equivalent grade.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized University; OR

• Three-year integrated B.Ed – M.Ed from any NCTE-recognized institution.

Selection Process for DSSSB Vacancy 2025:

Examination Scheme:

• DSSSB will conduct One Tier Examination i.e. Tier-I for the post of Post Graduate Teacher.
• Exam Duration: 03 Hours
• Total Questions/Marks: 300 (MCQs)
• Section I: 100 Marks/Questions (MCQs)
  • Mental Ability and Reasoning Ability
  • General Awareness
  • English Language & Comprehension
  • Hindi Language & Comprehension
  • Numerical Aptitude & Data Interpretation
• Section II: 200 Marks/Questions (MCQs)
  • MCQs pertaining to Post Graduation qualification and teaching methodology required for the post.
• The questions in the examination will be bilingual (Hindi & English) except for the Language papers which will be in the language concerned only.
• Negative Marking will be applicable and a deduction of 0.25 marks will be made for each wrong Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) answer.
• Final selection and allocation of Departments by DSSSB shall be based on merit  cum preference only
