DRDO ASL Recruitment 2024: Advanced Systems Laboratory (ASL), Hyderabad, is a premier Laboratory at APJ Abdul Kalam Missile Complex of Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO). The Laboratory invites applications from young and meritorious Indian Nationals for the Engagement of Graduated/ Technician (Diploma) and Trade (ITI) Apprentices for one year. Advanced Systems Laboratory has announced a notification in Employment News(16 – 22 March 2024) to recruit 90 Apprentices. The fresh pass-out candidates (who passed their respective courses in 2021, 2022 & 2023) are eligible to apply. The stipend will be Rs. 7,000 – 9,000 /-. Selection will be made based on Academic Merit Written Test/Interview as required. DRDO ASL Apprentices-Detailed Eligibility:
Education Qualification:
Graduate Apprentices: The candidates should possess a B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/ COmputer Science 7 Engineering.
Technician(Diploma) Apprentices: The candidates should possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronic Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Electronics Engineering
Trade Apprentices: The candidates should possess ITI in Fitter/Electrician/Electronic Mechanic/Turner/COPA/Machinist trades
Note: The candidates should pass their respective courses in 2021, 2022 & 2023.
Duration:
- The selected candidates must execute a contract for one year of training as per the provision of the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 and the rules framed thereunder.
- The training period wil be one year after executing the Contract of Apprenticeship.

Selection Process of DRDO ASL Careers:
- The selection process for Advanced Systems Laboratory Recruitment includes interviews.
- Selected candidates should bring medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner, a police verification certificate, original certificates, an Aadhaar Card, copies of their Bank Pass Book, and two recent passport-size photographs at the time of joining.
- Once selected, the candidate should report to ASL, Hyderabad, within ten working days, or their engagement for training will automatically be terminated without any further intimation.
