Advanced Systems Laboratory has announced a notification in Employment News(11 – 17 May 2024) to recruit a Junior Research Fellow/Research Associate. The stipend will be Rs. 37,000 – 67,000 /-. DRDO ASL Apprentices-Detailed Eligibility:
Education Qualification:
Junior Research Fellow:
- First Class B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (approved by AICTE/UGC) and GATE Qualified with valid Score or
First Class B.E / B.Tech & First Class ME / M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (approved by AICTE/UGC)
Research Associate:
- Ph.D in Electronics & Communication Engineering (approved by AICTE/ UGC) or M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering with 3
years of research or design and development experience after M.Tech with at least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal
Tenure: JRF will be initially awarded for 02 (Two) years. This may be upgraded as Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) for a period of one year (3rd Year) and further SRF may again be extended for a period of one more year (4th Year) based on performance. RA fellowship is for 02 (Two) years only
Age Limit(As on 30 May 2024):
- Junior Research Fellow: 28 Years
- Research Associate: 35 Years
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit shall be relaxable to the candidates belonging to SC/ST is up to 5 years and OBC is up to 3 years as per Govt. rules.
Stipend:
- Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 37,000/-
- Research Associate: Rs. 67,000/-

Selection Process of DRDO ASL Careers:
- Eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for Walk-in Interview based on qualifying criteria.

- Working experience in the area of subject will be preferred
