- The candidates will be placed on the site and will be getting trained, there is a possibility that one might get permanently placed as an engineer based on the training experience.

Hardware Knowledge & Trouble Shooting Knowledge: BIOS/Configuration of Laptops ( Processor/memory/HDD/RAM/Ports Etc., ) and USB-DVI-HDMI-USB C Port/LAN PORT / Wireless Adapter, Etc.,. Not Powering On / No Display / Blue Dump -BSOD.
Windows Op. Systems: Windows 7, Windows 10 Experience, Difference between Win 7 and Win 10, MS Applications Installation os Windows / 32 Bit and 64 Bit OS / Patches / Upgrades / Builds, Etc., Browser Upgrades/ Java Upgrades / Thorough Knowledge of DNS and DHCP Installations / Windows Domain Knowledge / ADC & ADX Etc.
MS Applications:
- MS Office / Outlook Versions – Latest Version /what is O 365 / PST and OST files / Corruption of Files and Recoveries.
- Tools Like Scanpst.exe / Advantages of O 365 with MS Outlook/What is One Drive.
Remote Support Tools: VNC / Any Desk / Skype Etc.
LAN – TCIP – IP: Thorough Knowledge of LAN – TCP – IP – Classifications / Commands – Ping / Telnet / FTP etc.
