Detailed Eligibility of CAU Imphal Jobs:
Educational Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant Or
- At least a class graduate or a postgraduate; and
- Must have passed the SAS examination conducted by the Comptroller & Auditor General of India/State Finance Department/Indian Council of Agricultural Research.
- Must have 12 years of experience in a supervisory capacity in financial management/administration, out of which, he/she must have five years of experience as an Accounts Officer/Deputy Registrar or equivalent in a Government office/institution preferably a University.
Age Limit: The age of superannuation for the Comptroller post in Central Agricultural University, Imphal is 62 years.

Educational Qualification:
Field-cum-Laboratory Assistant:
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in science, including Agriculture and allied sciences relevant to agriculture, from a recognized University/institute.
- Desirable: Experience working in public/private sector farms in the job.
Library Assistant:
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Library & Information Science/Library Science or equivalent from recognized universities/institutes
- Desirable: Post Graduate Diploma in Library Automation and Networking, PGDCA or equivalent from a recognized institution. Knowledge of English and Hindi.
Livestock/Farm Assistant:
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and allied sciences from a recognized University relevant to the job.
- Desirable: Experience working in the public/private sector farm in the job.
Medical Attendant:
- Essential: 10+2 from recognised Boards/Institutions.
- Certificate of having passed the paramedical work training course from a recognised institute. OR
- Multipurpose Health Worker course from a recognised institute.

Lower Division Clerk:
- Essential: XII passed from a recognized Board/Institution
- Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Age Relaxation:
- Age relaxable for SC/ST/OBCPwBD candidates and Government employees as per rules of Central Govt. Employees who worked/are working as Contractual/Casual staff at Central Agricultural University/State Agricultural University and other similar Educational/Reputed Institutions will get a one-time measure of relaxation in upper age limit of upto a maximum of 5 years.
- The quantum of such age relaxation will be the period of service rendered, which shall also include a broken period of service, provided one stretch of service is more than six months.
