Educational Qualification :
Assistant Teacher :
- Senior Secondary or 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education . or
- Senior Secondary or 04 years Bachelor of Elementary Education . or
- Senior Secondary or 2 years Diploma in Education . or
- Graduation with Bachelor of Education. or
- Graduation & 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education . or
- Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor in Physical Education.
- Desirable : Working knowledge in basic computer applications & one year experience.
Stenographer :
- Madhiyamik or equivalent passed.
- Must be able to take 80 words per minute.
- Computer proficiency in word,database processing & PPT.
- Must be able to type accurate at the rate of 35 words per minute.
- Desirable : Working knowledge in Hindi typing.
Lower Division Clerk :
- Matriculation or equivalent.
- Acquisition of elementary knowledge in computer operations.
- Must be able to type accurate at the rate of 35 words per minute.
Age Limit ( As on 13 March 2023 ) :
- Assistant Teacher : 21 – 30 years
- Stenographer : 21 – 30 years
- Lower Division Clerk : 21 – 40 years
Age Relaxation : Departmental candidates who have rendered at least three years continuous service under the Cantonment Board, Barrackpore are allowed the age relaxation upto the age of 40 years by direct recruitment.
