Required Skills and Abilities:
- BA/B.SC or equivalent degree, or higher, in Data/ IT/ Computer Science or Math/ Engineering/ Sciences.
- Final-year students or graduates, available full-time from July 2024.
- A passion for innovation, data and analytics and a desire to solve problems for our customers.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- You will join us on an exciting and well-rounded learning journey through the IDA department, where we expect you to apply what you have learned to practical outcomes in each area.
- You will undertake four six-month rotations in the following departments, supported by a line manager and a division lead in each area.
- Data Quality & Culture & Data Management
- BI & Reporting
- Data Science & Applied AI
- Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling & Data Ingestion.
- Throughout the Program, you will be exposed to various learning and development experiences such as in-person training, e-learning, conferences and workshops to develop your competencies in the areas of influencing and negotiating, communication, business acumen, project management, etc.
