Assoc Software Engineer:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
0–2 years of professional software development experience
Strong academic background or relevant internship experience in software development
Experience with object-oriented programming and software development fundamentals
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar)
