Detailed Eligibility:

Apprenticeship Program:

Must have completed 10+2 or graduation in any discipline.
Min 0 to 9 months of experience is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling inbound calls from customers and providing them with exceptional customer service.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Providing exceptional customer service.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Duration: 12 months

Note:

Require someone who can work flexible night shifts/rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners are preferable.
Additional Benefits: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability Coverage, and free transport pick up and drop
On successful completion of 12 months, there will be an opportunity to apply for open roles.

Stipend: Rs. 29,000/- per month

Night Shift Allowance: Rs. 4,000/- per month (applicable for night shifts)

Broad Band Reimbursement: Rs. 1,100 per month
