Graduate (Engineering/Non-Engineering) Apprentices:
- A degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a recognized university/institution in a relevant discipline.
- Disciplines: Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical/Chemical/Mining/Instrumentation/Computer Science.
- A degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in a relevant discipline.
- Graduate examination of Professional bodies (Full time) recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above.
Note:
- Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam in 2021/2022/2023.
- Candidate should not have undergone or presently undergoing Apprenticeship Training in “Wonder Cement Limited” or any other Organization.
- Candidates should not have any pending academic backlogs.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 60% aggregate in the last education.
Age Limit: The age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.

Selection Process:
- The selection process includes a Written Test & Interview.
- The only short-listed Candidates called for an interview.
- The selected list of candidates will be intimated for joining through respective email/telephone.
- The probable date of Joining for apprenticeship training is immediately after the interview.
