Detailed Eligibility:
Setter CNC/Setter SFC/Setter Injection Moulding:
- Diploma with 1 – 4 years of experience
- Setter CNC:
- Manages daily setup/qualification and basic CNC Programming. Optimizes processes, adjusts cutting tools/fixtures, applies GD&T, and troubleshoots for cost reduction.
- Requires setup experience and problem-solving skills.
- Setter SFC:
- Execute machine setup and control for surface finishing (shot blasting, polishing, grinding, deburring).
- Monitors process performance, manages safe chemical usage, and ensures audit compliance.
- Requires problem-solving knowledge.
- Setter Injection Moulding:
- Execute mould setup and machine prep.
- Adjusts parameters, optimizes cycle times, and ensures quality.
- Requires moulding/polymer experience and problem-solving skill.
