Educational Qualification:

Project Associate-I:
- Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences /MVSc or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Desirable: Experience with PCR based diagnostics
Duration: The post is purely temporary till the existence of the scheme
Age Limit: 35 years
Salary:
- Rs. 31,000/- +HRA to Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or A Selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions.

- Students currently pursuing Master’s degree in Microbiology /Biotechnology /Genetic Engineering and any other related Life science disciplines or M.V.Sc. in Veterinary Microbiology/Animal Biotechnology/ or equivalent discipline from any University/Institution/College and having a strong orientation towards scientific research may apply.
- Preference will be given to the students who have carried out dissertation or project work in Molecular biology and Virology
Job Description: This Internship Program is meant for the Hands on Research Exposure to the candidate in our laboratory on various techniques. The data generated from this programe is part of DST SERB project work
Duration: 2 months (Any 2 months from February 2024 to August 2024 )
Stipend: Rs. 5000/- per month (max two months) as student assistantship will be paid to the student
