Educational Qualifications:

Specialist Officer(CA)

Assistant General Manager (Charted accountant):

Graduation from a recognized University and must be an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants

Experience:

Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of work experience as an Officer in any Commercial Bank /Cooperative Bank/Financial Institution of which I year as Scale-II Officer or equivalent it.

Field Experience:

Knowledge of GST, TDS, & its relevant guidelines & other statutory matters.
Preparing and analyzing the financial report of the Bank
Exposure to Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Process Audit and Tax Audit
Knowledge of EPF & statutory requirements.
Knowledge in Risk Management
Treasury operation
Exposure to filling of various statutory returns like TDS, GST,& etc..

Manager (Charted accountant):

Graduation from a recognized University and must be an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountant

Experience:

Candidate should have at least two years of work experience in the reputed organization after completion of Chartered Accountancy.

Field Experience:

Should have exposure to Treasury operation
Should have exposure to Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Process Audit
Knowledge in Risk Management.

Officer on Special Duty(OSD):

OSD – Inspection:

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
Retired/ VRS in Scale-III and above or equivalent grades from any Nationalized Bank/ Scheduled commercial Bank / highly reputed financial institution with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Inspection Department.
In dept up-to-date knowledge in all banking activities.

OSD – Legal:

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university. (Preference will be given to Postgraduate in law)
Retired/ VRS in Scale – III and above or equivalent grades from any Nationalized Bank / Scheduled Commercial Bank / highly reputed financial Institution.
With a minimum of 7 years of experience in Banking and Recovery Laws.
In-depth knowledge of Indian Recovery laws, including the Multi State Co-operative Societies Act, 2002, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 etc.

OSD – HR:

Graduation from a recognized university. (Preference will be given to MBA/Post graduate in Human Resource)
Retired/ VRS opted officers in Scale – IV and above or equivalent grades from any Nationalized Bank / Scheduled Commercial Bank / highly reputed financial Institution.
I have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR department.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices, such as the Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, Maternity Act, etc.

Manager (Charted accountant) – Rs.48,170/- to 69,810/-

Note: The candidates will also be eligible for DA, HRA, CCA, PF and perquisites as admissible to the corresponding grade etc., as per rules in force from time to time CTC at Chennai for Scale-III – Rs.17.00 lakhs p.a.(approx), CTC at Chennai for Scale-II – Rs.13.00 lakhs p.a.(approx).

OSD(Inspection/Legal/HR) – Consolidated monthly pay of Rs.40,000/-.
