Educational Qualification:
Designation: Field Diversity Apprenticeship Program
- Eligibility Conditions – Branch of Diploma, % of Marks etc. – Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical/Electronics
- 10th standard – >60%
- Diploma – >60% aggregate
Job Profile: The profile would be to service the OTIS products (Escalators and Elevators ) as per the standard operating procedures of OTIS.
Career Progression Plan after training: After the successful completion of OTIS Apprenticeship program the select apprentices will be eligible to participate in OTIS India placement process against open approved vacancies.
Duration: 12 months

- Technical and HR Interview (Candidates who clears the technical test will appear for interviews)
