Educational Qualification:
Analysis Engineer(Mechanical):
- B.E / B. Tech (4year full-time course) in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering degree from recognized Universities /Institutions/ College with 55%&above for GEN/EWS/OBC(NCL) candidates and pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in ANSYS software.
Design Engineer(Mechanical):
- B.E/ B.Tech (4year full-time course) in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering degree from a recognized university / Institution / College with 55% above for GEN/EWS/OBC(NCL) candidates and ass Class for SC/ST/PWD Candidates.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in Unigraphics NX Software.
Design Assistant(Mechanical):
- Diploma (3 or 4-year full-time course) in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering from a recognized University/Institution/College with 55%& above for GEN / EWS / OBC(NCL)candidates & Pass Class for SC/ ST/ PWD Candidates.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in AutoCAD software or Siemens NX.
Design Engineer(Electrical):
- B.Tech/B.E in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics (4 -years full-time course) from a recognized University / Institution / College with 55%& above for GEN / EWS I OBC(NCL) candidates & Pass Class for SC/ ST/ PWD Candidates.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years postqualification work experience as detailed further in this document
Design Assistant(Electrical):
- Diploma in Electrical/Electrical &Electronics (3 or 4 years full-time course) from a recognized 30 Years University/ Institution/ College with 55%& above for GEN / EWS I OBC(NCL) candidates & Pass Class for SC/ ST/ PWD Candidates.
- Desirable: M.Tech in Power Electronics
- Experience: Minimum 02 years post qualification work experience as detailed further in this document.
Age Limit ( As on 08 September 2023 ): 21 -30 Years.
Age Relaxation: Relaxation of age for SC/ST/OBC- NCL/PWD and Ex-Servicemen/ J&K domicile category will be as per Govt. of India guidelines

Selection Process :
- Selection will be based on qualification, experience and/or performance in the interview/interaction.
- Screening:
- Screening of Applications will be done by a Screening Committee constituted for that purpose.
- Candidates may be shortlisted for an Interview.
- Interview:
- If required, a Personal Interview/interaction will be conducted.
- The offer of engagement shall be issued to the suitable candidates in the order of merit and based on the number of vacancies and will be subject to verification of antecedents and caste certificate (in case of reserved category candidates) as per Govt. of India guidelines.
- Following weightage criteria will be followed for a personal interview
- Aggregate Marks secured in BE/B.Tech etc. 75%
- Relevant post Qualification experience: 10%
- 2.5 marks will be allocated for the minimum experience stipulated for the post.
- 1.25 marks will be allocated for every additional experience of 6 months subject to a maximum of 10 marks.
- Interview for shortlisted candidates 15%
