Educational Qualification:

MBA or Engineering Graduates(Mechanical/Automobile/EV) | Completed
Freshers (Class of 2023/2024/2025/2026/2027) or candidates with up to 4 years of experience

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory for Freshers):

Prior experience in retail management, automotive sales, consumer durables, or EV industry
Exposure to after-sales operations or service management is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must love talking to people
Strong stakeholder management ability – comfortable engaging customers, vendors, and internal teams
High energy, self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Analytical mindset with comfort around P&L, data, and dashboards

Compensation: INR 6.0 to 8.0 LPA (including 20% performance-linked variable)
