Educational Qualifications:
Resource Person (Finance):
- Graduate in Commerce/CA Inter/CS Inter/ICWA Inter from a recognized University/Institution
- Experience: Having working knowledge of Tally/Excel/Power Point/MS Office. Filing knowledge of GST/ESI/EPF/TDS etc.
Senior Resource Person (Finance):
- M. Com /CA Inter /CS Inter /ICWA Inter/MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Institution
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years Post Qualification Experience in Accounting, Preparing Trial Balance and Balance Sheet and maintaining day to day accounts having working knowledge of Tally/Excel/Power Point/MS Office. Filing knowledge of GST/ESI/EPF/TDS etc.
Junior Resource Person (Software Development Team):
- B.E./B. Tech. (Computer Science)/B. Sc. (Computer Science) from a recognized Indian/Foreign University/Institution.
- Experience: Candidates with previous Internship of 06 months to 01 year will be preferred

- Senior Resource Person: Master’s Degree in HR with at least 10 Years’ Post Qualification Experience in working knowledge in Personnel & Administration (P&A) and well conversant with Govt. of India Rules and Regulations.
- Consultant (HR): Experienced person having knowledge in Government working at least at the level of Under Secretary or Level 11 as per 7 CPC and well conversant with Govt. of India Rules and Regulations.
Resource Person (Hindi & English Typist):
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University / Institution
- Typing speed: Hindi: 40 Words Per Minute English: 45 Words Per Minute
- Any IT/Computer Certificate Course from NIELIT, preferably CCC.
- Good Knowledge of Computer Applications
Duration: The selected candidate will be engaged on contract basis initially for a period of one year, which may be extended depending upon the performance of the candidate

- A fixed monthly amount shall be paid as per the Govt. norms arriving at by deducting the basic pension (gross) from the basic pay drawn at the time of retirement in the case of persons retired from Govt. service.
- The remuneration in case of officers retired from Autonomous Bodies/Universities and other officers not entitled to pension shall be fixed at 50% of last pay drawn.
