Detailed Eligibility:

Technical Support Engineer (International Voice Process):

Educational Qualification: 



  • Any bachelor’s degree (No Diploma)
  • Experience: Fresher – 3 years

Technical skills:

  • Should be patient enough to handle any kind of queries.
  • Good understanding of computers.
  • Should have Basic knowledge on computer hardware peripherals, Operation Systems,
  • Chrome Brower, IE and Firefox.
  • Also, should be able to work on firewall and IP Configuration.
  • Flair for customer service and technical troubleshooting.
  • Configuration & troubleshooting all types of Hardware’s, Software applications, Antiviruses & Network problems (TCP/IP).

Desired Profile:

  • Handle calls customer queries/issues – Efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer, Follow-up with customer for resolution
  • Responsible to adhere to schedule – Being regular to the work, does not show late to shifts, Does not take excessive long breaks
  • Responsible to document all calls in CRM Tools – 100% recording of call information in CRM
  • Attending Team Huddles – Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products, Receiving feedbacks positively from TLs, Reporting to supervisor on day-to-day events
  • Ensure compliance to all process and procedures in organization – Follow all policies and procedures defined by the organization and updated from time to time, Compliance to organizational policies and processes Diversity, Equality & Inclusion

Note: 

  • Shift: Complete Night shift
  • Only Immediate joiners can apply/walk-in directly to the venue.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible to handle customer queries/issues through Voice and or Non Voice (International/ Domestic) transactions to the best of customers satisfaction. Necessary documentation of calls. Adhering to standard operating procedures required by the process and organization. Awareness of relevant service levels and meets goals set by the project.
