Detailed Eligibility – MBMA Jobs:
Educational Qualification:
Programme Associate – IVCS Computerization:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in B.Com or BCA.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 01 year working experience with existing community based institution/ NGOs
- Knowledge of Data Management & Administration
Skills Required:
- Should have strong written, verbal communication, organizational and administrative skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.
Duration: The duration of contract will be for a period of 06 (six) months. The contract may be renewed subject to the performance satisfaction of MBMA and continuance of the project you are engaged with
Age Limit: Upto 45 years

Selection Process of MBMA Jobs:
- There will be written/assignment and personal interview for the positions.
- Written test will comprise of Subject Matter Knowledge, General Knowledge, Reasoning, and English.
- The Written Test/ Personal Interview will be held only in Shillong.
