ISRO Apprentice Recruitment 2026: The ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC) located at Mahendragiri, Tirunelveli District under the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) of the Department of Space, invites applications for Graduate/Technician Apprentice posts. A total of about 100 Vacancies are available for the ISRO Careers. Candidates with the qualifications of B.E/B.Tech/Diploma/BA/B.Sc/B.Com can apply for the job. Detailed Eligibility for ISRO Apprentice Careers:

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate Apprentice (Engineering):



  • BE/B.Tech or equivalent in the respective disciplines with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10.
  • Graduation should have been completed within the stipulated duration of the course as prescribed by the University.

    • Instrumentation Engineering
    • Chemical Engineering
    • Computer Science Engineering

Graduate Apprentice (Non-Engineering):ย 

  • Graduation with a Minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale as declared by any recognised University.
    • B.A.
    • B.Sc.
    • B.Com

Technician Apprentice:

  • Diploma in Engineering/Technology in the concerned disciplines with First Class.
    • Mechanical Engineering
    • Electronics Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Civil Engineering
    • Chemical Engineering

Duration:ย The period of Training will be One Year.

Note: Candidates who have acquired Diploma / Graduation in the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 will alone be eligible to apply for training positions of Technician and Graduate Apprenticeship.



Stipend details:

  • Graduate Apprentice:ย Rs. 9,000/-
  • Technician Apprentice: Rs. 8,000/-

Age Limit (As on 20 December 2025):

  • Graduate Apprentice:ย 28 years
  • Technician Apprentice: 35 years

Age Relaxation:

  • Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST candidates (5 years) and OBC candidates (3 years).
  • Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are also eligible for upper age relaxation as per the Government of India Rules.

Selection Process for ISRO Recruitment 2026:

  • The selection for Apprenticeship Training will be done purely based on the HIGHEST MARKS secured in the qualifying examination as entered by the candidates in the Application FORM with due weightage to reservation categories.
