Indian Air Force Vacancy 2025 – Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

• Passed Matriculation/Equivalent examination from “Education Boards recognized by Central, State and UT as on date of registration”.

Age Limit:

• Candidate born between 03 July 2004 to 03 January 2008 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply.
• In case, a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection trial, then the upper age limit as on date of enrolment should be 21 years.

India Air Force Salary details:

• Agniveervayu (Sports) enrolled under this Scheme will be paid an Agniveer package of Rs. 30,000/- per month with a fixed yearly increment. In addition, Risk and Hardship allowances (as applicable in IAF), Dress and Travel allowances will be paid. Perks such as ration, clothing, accommodation and Leave Travel Concession (LTC) shall also be provided as per the existing rules.
• Agniveervayu (Sports) will be given one time ‘Seva Nidhi’ package comprising their monthly contribution along with matching contribution by the Government on completion of their engagement period, as indicated below

Selection Process of Indian Air Force Vacancy 2025:

• The selection process will be based on
  • Phase – I (Written Test)
  • Phase – II (Physical Fitness Test)
  • Phase – III (Stream Suitability Test)
  • Phase –IV (Medical Examination)

Phase – I (Written Test):

• The written test will be conducted at Station/ location where the candidate has submitted his application.
• Written test will be common for both streams.

• Candidate Should be willing to undergo training and perform any tasks in the stream and score a min of 50% aggregate (15 marks) to qualify in SST

Phase –IV (Medical Examination):

• A certain number of candidates as per merit who have qualified in stream Suitability test will be medically examined at designated place.
• Medical examination shall be conducted by Air Force Medical Team as per IAF medical standards and policy in vogue on subject issue.

Science Subjects:

• Candidates should have passed the Intermediate/10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from an Education Board recognised by Central, State and UT with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.  OR
• Passed Three years of Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/Instrumentation Technology/Information Technology) from a Government Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject in Diploma Course) OR
• Passed Two years of Vocational course with non-vocational subject viz. Physics and Mathematics from an Education Board recognised by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in vocational course (or in Intermediate / Matriculation, if English is not a subject in vocational course).

Other than Science Subjects:

• Passed Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent Examination in any stream/ subjects approved by Education Boards recognised by Central, State and UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.  OR

Selection Process of Indian Air Force Vacancy 2025:

• The selection trials will be based on Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Sports Skill Trials, & Medical Examination

Physical Fitness Test (PFT):

• PFT consists of 1.6 Km run which is to be completed within 07 minutes.
• Candidates shall also have to complete 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups and 20 Squats within the stipulated time as per the following to qualify for the Physical Fitness Test.

• Recommended Candidates, after selection trials, will undergo a Medical Examination.
• Medical Examination shall be conducted by the Air Force Medical Team as per IAF medical standards and existing policy in vogue.
• Medical Examination would also include a Baseline.
  Investigation

The following sequence of examinations will be followed during the selection trials.

10 Mar 25 (1st day)	Assembly at outside Exit Gate, Air Force Station New Delhi as per the time mentioned in Admit Cards of candidates. Physical Fitness Test will be conducted at Tejas Camp, Air Force Station New Delhi, Lok Kalyan Marg, New Delhi – 110003.
11 Mar 25 (2nd day)	Sports Specific Trials in the respective sports discipline for candidates who have cleared the Document Verification & Physical Fitness Test.
12 Mar 25 (3rd day)	Sports Specific Trials for the candidates who are shortlisted during the previous day’s trial.
13 Mar 25 (4th day)	Documentation for Medical Examination at 2 ASC.
17 Mar 25 onwards	Medical Examination of the recommended candidates.
