- Desirable:
- Knowledge of executing multi-step synthetic protocols, organometallic chemistry, reactions under controlled conditions, etc.
Note: The candidates who have submitted their thesis and are awaiting their PhD defence may also apply. However, if selected, they must have completed their defence before joining the position.
Duration of appointment: Initially, it will be for one year. It may be further extended based on the performance and funding availability.
Nature of Work: The selected candidate will be required to plan and perform experiments related to the sponsored project and other similar projects ongoing in the lab. The candidate will collect the synthesised compounds’ relevant spectroscopic and characterization data. He/She may be required to write the manuscript whenever possible.
