Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Manager:
- First class Commerce Graduate or MBA from any faculty from a recognized university and JAIIB/ CAIIB and/or CA/ CS/ ICWA.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Credit portfolio in any Bank of which around 5 years in Asst. Manager cadre.
- Exposure to credit portfolio (Presanction Scrutiny and Appraisal Documentation, Disbursement, Post Sanction Monitoring, and Follow-up) are mandatory.
Asst. Manager:
- First class Commerce Graduate or MBA from any faculty from a recognized university and JAIIB/ CAIIB and/or CA/ CS/ ICWA.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Credit portfolio in any Bank of which around 3 years in the Officer cadre.
- Exposure to credit portfolio (Presanction Scrutiny and Appraisal Documentation, Disbursement, Post Sanction Monitoring, and Follow-up) are mandatory.
Officer:
- First class Commerce Graduate or MBA from any faculty from a recognized university and JAIIB/ CAIIB and/or CA/ CS/ ICWA.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Banking portfolio in the Officer/ Clerical cadre.
- Knowledge and experience of credit portfolio will be preferred. Multi-tasking will be added merit.
Marketing Executive:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate with specialization in Marketing.
- Experience: Experience of 2 / 3 yrs. in marketing various Retail Loan products preferred.
- The candidate should be smart, have good communication skills, and be well conversant in English, Hindi and Marathi languages.
Team Leader- Marketing:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate with specialization in Marketing.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in any Bank / NBFC / DSA of which around 3 years of experience in the Managerial cadre having skills to handle the sales team for Target Achievement.
- Prior exposure to selling banking products like Retail Loans (Personal & Business) to clients/customers is mandatory.
- This includes home loans, auto loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Professional Loans, Business loans, etc.
- The candidate should be smart, have good communication skills, good understanding of handling loan products and markets.
- Candidate should be well conversant in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages.
Age limit ( As on 30 June 2023 ):
- Manager: 40 years
- Asst. Manager: 35 years
- Officer: 35 years
- Marketing Executive: 25 years
- Team Leader- Marketing: 40 years
