Analyst Trainee aligned to IT & Integrated Smart Operations:

Eligibility criteria:

Students from 2025 graduating batch & who graduated in 2023 or 2024 with a three-year full-time degree (BCA, BSc – Computer Science, Information Technology (allied streams), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics) are invited to apply.
Students should possess a consistent academic record with a minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG (rounding off 59.9% is not allowed).
At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 60% aggregate in the pursuing degree with no standing arrears
Students applied for re-evaluation and waiting for the results would be validated with the initial results score declared
Appropriate CGPA to % conversion to be considered as per university norms

Key Responsibilities:

Describe relationships between tables and write queries to retrieve data from database.
Perform CRUD operations and write stored procedures for a given Low-Level Design.
Prepare test cases / scripts / data and execute manual / automated tests.
Analyze root cause and fix service tickets as per standard operating procedures.
Demonstrate proficiency in tools related to IT Service Management and Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing their IT-related issues and inquiries. Log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing diagnosis and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution. Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance self-service options and facilitate efficient problem-solving.

Ability to have flawless communication (verbal and written) with our clients and possess sound technical knowledge.

Job description: You will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and ensuring the smooth functioning of their computer systems and IT services.

Notes:

Candidate must be flexible to relocate to any Cognizant work locations as per the business requirement and demand.
If selected, you will join as a fresher as no prior work experience will be considered.
