Job Description:

Develop and maintain chatbots and AI-driven conversational interfaces using the Kore AI platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design chatbot flows, and integrate AI solutions into existing business systems.
Assist in testing and debugging chatbots, ensuring proper functionality, performance, and user experience across different platforms.
Continuously monitor and improve chatbot performance by analyzing user interactions and implementing enhancements.
Stay updated on the latest Kore AI features and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of chatbot development and deployment processes.
