Detailed Eligibility:
Eligibility Criteria:
Education Qualification – Full Time BE / B.Tech – Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation from reputed Engineering colleges (AICTE Approved).
Prior Technical Experience – Candidates having a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 24 months of post Engineering full-time work experience in manufacturing units will be considered.
Development plan – Selected candidates will undergo intense technical learning programs for a period of 6 months and post evaluation, they will be absorbed into full-time technical roles across the business.
Onboarding:
- 6 months of training, wherein candidates are exposed to Manufacturing/CTS/Sales/SCM/ Safety departments in the Chemical domain in a unit.
- Post 6 months, candidates will go through an evaluation process to be finally placed across different functions like Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Chief Technical Services, Sales, and Safety.
Location – We have manufacturing units across India – Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Karnataka.
