Business Technology Solutions Associate Consultant:
Whatย youโllย bring:ย
- Bachelorโs/Masterโs degree with specialisation in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer-related disciplines;
- 1-3 years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements:
- You need to have 3-6 years of total experience
- Knowledge in developing and configuring code in Informatica MDM/ Informatica PIM/ STIBO MDM/ Reltio
- 1 or more years of MDM or related Data experience
- 1 or more years of experience in Data Analysis or Data Quality Analysis
- Unit Test developed MDM code
- Create customizations with Java, JavaScript, or other applicable avenues
- Proven abilities in writing SQL queries to retrieve data for data analysis
- The candidates may be asked to cross-train and work on more than one tool
- Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

- Collaborate with ZS internal teams and client teamsย to shape and implement high quality technology solutions that address critical business problemsย ย
- Develop a deep understanding of the business problems and effectively translate them into technical designsย ย
- Lead modules and workstreams within projectsย whileย participatingย in hands on implementationย ย
- Work with technical architects toย validateย the technical design and implementation approachย ย
- Applyย appropriate developmentย methodologies and best practices to ensure exceptional client and project team experienceย ย
- Support the project lead in project delivery, including project planning, people management, staffing, and risk mitigationย ย
- Manage a diverseย team with various skill sets while providing mentorship and coaching to junior membersย
- Lead task planning and distribution among team members forย timelyย completion of projects with high-quality resultsย ย ย
