Detailed Eligibility:
Associate Software Engineer – UI:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other relevant technical degree or equivalent experience preferred
Skill Set:
- 6 months -2 years of experience in web application development and architecture.
- Experience using open source software libraries
- Experience with Javascript and knowledge of modern frameworks and libraries (React preferred)
- Experience in an agile (Scrum) development process
- Become familiar with the code base, development processes, and deployments.
- Become familiar with the product as customers will use it.
- You may even have your first PR approved and in production.
- Become a contributor to the overall code base.
- Have PRs approved and deployed to production
- Contribute to design
- Helping troubleshoot issues
- Work with other developers on the team
- Help scope and estimate tasks
Within Twelve Months, Youll:
- Working autonomously and closer with product
- Helping other developers across teams
- Contribute new ideas to the product and development

The Opportunity: As a UI Engineer at Xactly, you’ll be an essential member of a fast moving agile development team building Xactly’s newest products. You will contribute to all aspects from design and development to deployment and support working alongside product management and customer support.
