ELITE NTH:

Elite National Talent Hunt (NTH) is a unique exam conducted by Wipro especially for hiring freshers from 2021 engineering candidates across the country. Candidates from Computer Science, Information Technology & Circuital Engineering streams can apply. Wipro will conduct this exam will be conducted every year by Wipro for hiring candidates from the passed-out batch of that year.ย  Following are more details regarding the Wipro Test Pattern & syllabus for Elite National Talent Hunt.

Eligibility Criteria

The various eligibility criteria for the candidates who are willing to apply for the NTH is as follows:

Education:

  • 10th Standard and 12th Standard โ€“ 60 percent or above
  • Graduation: 65% or CGPA Equivalent to 65% or above as applicable by the university guidelines

Year of Passing โ€“ Candidates who are graduating at the time of hiring.

Qualification โ€“ B.E./B.Tech / 5 years Integrated-M.Tech

Branch of Study โ€“ CS/IT/Circuital

Designation โ€“ Project Engineer

Compensation โ€“ INR 3.50 lacs per annum

Service Agreement โ€“ Candidates have to agree to a service agreement or bond for a period of 1 year after joining @ INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis.

WILP:

Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program which in short is referred to as WILP is a unique learning-integrated program offered to candidates from the domain of BCA and BSc only. This program was created with the motto of allowing the candidates to build a remarkable career at Wipro while pursuing their higher education in MTech from a premier educational institution in India, sponsored by Wipro. Following are more details regarding the Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program, Wipro Test Pattern & syllabus.

Eligibility Criteria

The various eligibility criteria for the candidates who are willing to apply for the Wipro WILP is as follows:

Education:

  • 10th Standard and 12th Standard โ€“ PASS.
  • Graduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 60% or above as applicable by the university guidelines

Year of Passing โ€“ Candidates who are graduating at the time of hiring.

Qualification โ€“

  • Bachelor of Computer Application โ€“ BCA
  • Bachelor of Science- B.Sc. Eligible Streams-Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics

Additional Criteria:

Candidates who have participated in any selection process held by Wipro in the last 3 months are not eligible.

Stipend Details

The stipend given is in terms of INR Per Month.
1st Year STIPEND: 15,000 + 488 (ESI)
2nd Year STIPEND: 17,000 +533 (ESI)
3rd Year STIPEND: 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
Fourth Year: 23,000



Service Agreement

On joining, candidates would be required to sign a service agreement for 5 years.
