Who you are
- A finance graduate or B Tech professional with at least one year of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- An individual with strong analytical capability and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work.
- Confident in English, with very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Technically proficient in Excel, Power BI, Python, Power Query, and other relevant automation or analytics tools.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across Finance, HR, and operational stakeholders within a matrix environment.
- Curious, open-minded, and solution-oriented in approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

What you will do
- Support the preparation and maintenance of business reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel, Power BI, and similar tools.
- Assist with data collection, validation, and basic analysis to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high data quality.
- Contribute to improving and automating reporting processes using Python, Power Query, or other relevant automation tools.
- Perform data quality checks and help maintain clear documentation of data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic.
- Support governance-related activities by acting as a support SPOC for selected centre-specific processes, under guidance from senior team members.
- Assist with project coordination activities, including tracking actions, timelines, and stakeholder inputs.
- Prepare basic documentation, trackers, and status updates to enable structured and compliant ways of working.
- Apply analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a strong interest in working with data and metrics.
