Assistant Manager – Assurance Junior Engineer:
- Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech qualifications
Primary Objectives:
- System Management: Monitor operational health and maintenance of Infovista, Cramer, Netcool, and web applications to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Incident Management: Acknowledge, raise & update incidents related to these systems & communicate to stakeholders
- Monitoring & Reporting: perform periodic health monitoring using tools to track system performance and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to understand architecture, environment & operations. Maintain tracker of open system issues and assist in implementing tasks.
- Documentation: Go through the available documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures & raise questions. Document day to day procedure & handover.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities of learning & forward feedbacks from customers, received on tickets to seniors for further improvement.
