TIDCO Recruitment 2023 – Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited (TIDCO) has announced an online job notification for recruitment to the post of Assistant Manager/Financial Analyst/Others. Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Assistant Manager ( Accounts ):
- Any Degree with professional qualifications as CA/ICWA.
- Work experience: ICWA with 5 years of experience or CA with 2 years of experience in handling finance and accounts in an organization.
Assistant General Manager ( Finance ):
- Any Degree with professional qualifications as ACA/ AICMA.
- Work experience: ICWA with 15 years of experience or CA with 10 years of experience in handling finance and accounts in an organization.
Financial Analyst:
- Any Degree with professional qualifications as ACA/ AICMA.
- Experience: CA with 6 years of experience in handling finance and accounts in an organization.
Age Limit ( As on 01 January 2023 ):
- Assistant Manager: 35 years
- Assistant General Manager: 45 years
- Financial Analyst: 35 years
Salary:
- Assistant Manager: 1 LPA
- Assistant General Manager: 1.5 LPA

Selection Process:
- The selection process is based on merit & includes an Interview.
- TIDCO will shortlist suitable candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
- The shortlisted candidates will be asked to send their experience and qualification certificates.
- The recruitment will be based on the interview conducted for such shortlisted candidates, conducted in English, and in person in Chennai.
- Depending upon the situation, it may also be conducted through video calls, in online mode.
- TIDCO will notify the time, date, and format of the interview to the shortlisted candidates.
