Thoughtworks Off Campus Drive 2025: Vapasi (Bring women back to work), an initiative from Thoughtworks, is looking for experienced women technologists who are currently on a career break to resume their tech journeys for the role of Developers. Candidates with B.E/B.Tech qualifications with relevant experience are eligible for this role. The work location will be Bangalore. Interested candidates can apply online as soon as possible. This 5-week returnship program for experienced women developers on a career break (1–8 years), designed to help sharpen their skills and restart their tech career with confidence. Eligibility Criteria:
Developer – Vapasi:
- Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on software development experience before taking a career break
- A career break lasting between 1 and 8 years
- Foundational knowledge of Java or a similar object-oriented programming language
Program Highlights
- Open to women developers with a career break of 1 to 8 years
- 5-week full-time training program in Bangalore (Koramangala office)
- Focused on refreshing and sharpening programming skills through:
- Hands-on sessions
- One-on-one mentoring
- Regular interactions with Thoughtworks leaders and fellow participants
Selected candidates may be offered a paid internship to work on a live Thoughtworks project. Based on performance, a full-time role may be extended.

About the Program: Vapasi is part of our Women in Tech initiative and supports experienced women technologists in resuming their tech journeys. Since its inception, over 250 women have participated across 20+ batches (for both Developers and Quality Analysts). Many Vapasi graduates have gone on to build successful careers at Thoughtworks and other leading companies. The last 20 batches of Vapasi, tailored for developers and quality analysts, saw more than 250 women participate in the returnee program.
