Detailed Eligibility for EdCIL Careers:
Educational Qualification:
Apprentice:
- Only Indian Nationals Candidates who have passed the full time Graduation in the below-mentioned streams/field/trades/branches/discipline, recognized by AICTE/UGC, on or after 01/04/2024.
- B.Tech (CS) / B.Tech (IT) / B.Tech (ECE)
- B.Com / CA (Intermediate) / CMA
- BBA (HRM) / BA (HRM) / BMS
- BBA (General) / BA (English) / BA (Sociology) / BA (Social Science)
Duration of Training: 1 Year
Age Limit (As on 19 January 2026): Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years (relaxation of 5 years to SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL) and 10 years for PwBD categories)
Stipend Details: Rs. 15,000/- per month (Consolidated) (i.e. ₹10,500/- per month by EdCIL & ₹4,500/- through DBT under NATS)

Selection Process for EdCIL Careers:
- Selection will be through Online Interview
- Qualification Criteria: If the number of candidates is higher than five times against the number of Vacancies indicated, then the criteria to call for Interview will be based on final percentage marks obtained in Degree of candidates.
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for online interview through their mail ID / SMS.
- Final selection will be based on the academic performance of the candidate in their degree (80%) and their performance in the interview (20%).
