Associate Workflow Automation Developer:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Operations, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing operations, system administration, or data integration.
- Familiarity with Workfront, Workfront Fusion, or similar workflow automation platforms (Make, Power Automate, Zapier, etc.) preferred.
- Understanding of basic data structures (JSON, XML) and APIs is a plus.
- Experience with process documentation or basic system configuration is beneficial.

- Assist in building and maintaining automation workflows using Workfront Fusion and related integration tools.
- Translate business requirements into simple, scalable automation solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
- Support testing, fixing, and monitoring of automations to ensure smooth data transfer and performance reliability.
- Help manage connections between systems such as Workfront, AEM, Seismic, Blee. Criteo, and other marketing technology platforms.
- Document scenario logic, workflow dependencies, and process changes for reference and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative operations partners to identify opportunities for automation or process optimization.
- Contribute to regular reviews of automation performance and recommend improvements to enhance stability or efficiency.
Job Description: As an Associate Workflow Automation Developer, you’ll support the development and maintenance of workflow automations that streamline marketing and creative operations. In this role, you’ll help design, build, and monitor integrations between platforms such as Workfront, AEM, Seismic, and DAM systems—reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy.
