Role & Responsibilities
- Knowledge on Customer service, Logistics & Supply chain
- Truck & Container optimization & planning
- Insurance process If any transit claim
- Knowledge on GST , E waybill and mandatory documentation for Export and Domestic.
- Should have a knowledge on customer claim (Reject & Rework glasses, )
- Manage and should report on Time Delivery, Load Efficiency, Expedite Costs, etc against the targets
- This role would be placed in either Purchase or Logistics or Supply Chain Management
