Educational Qualification:
Senior Technical Assistant:
- Full-Time Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum Post Qualification work Experience of 2 Years in PSC Sleeper Plant (i.e. in Production/ Material Testing and inspection/ Field Quality inspection/ quality assurance/ quality control) or Minimum Post Qualification work Experience of 2 Years in Reinforced Cement Concrete Construction works
Upper Age Limit (As on 05 March 2025): 40 years
Age Relaxation: Relaxation in the upper age limit to OBC (NCL)/ SC/ ST candidates shall be provided against reserved posts as per extant Govt. orders.
Posting: Selected candidates shall be liable for posting at Buttibori in Maharashtra, Kaipadar Road in Odisha, Sholaka in Haryana and Chola in Uttar Pradesh or anywhere in India as per Company requirements.

Selection Process for RITES Vacancy 2025:
Written Test:
- There will be 125 objective-type questions carrying one mark each for 2.5 Hours.
- There will be no negative marking system applicable; therefore, no marks will be deducted in case of an incorrect answer. Candidates belonging to PwBD Category are eligible for an additional compensatory time of 50 minutes.
- A minimum of 50% marks for UR/ EWS (45% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD against reserved posts) in the written test will enable the candidate to be considered for further consideration.
- The weightage for the written test would be 100% for the selection of said posts

- General/OBC/ EWS Candidates: Rs. 300/- plus Taxes as applicable
- SC/ST/ PWD Candidates Rs. 100/- plus Taxes as applicable
- The fee charged from the candidates belonging to SC / ST / PwD category during online application would be later refunded upon their participation in the written exam.

Educational Qualification:
Technical Assistant:
- Full-time Diploma in the field of Metallurgical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of postqualification experience in the field of inspection & supervision.
Nature & Period of Engagement: The appointment shall be purely on a contract basis initially for a period of one year, extendable until completion of the assignment subject to mutual consent and satisfactory performance.

Selection Process for RITES Vacancy 2025:
- The selection process will be based on written tests and document verification.
Written Test:

Document Scrutiny & Verification:
- Based on the result of the written test and no. of vacancies, the documents submitted by candidates will be scrutinized by RITES Limited and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview preceded by verification of original documents.
- The candidates will be responsible for uploading supporting documents substantiating the claims submitted in the application form.
- The document scrutiny shall be done for those candidates who qualify in the written exam as per advertised number of positions, for verifying their eligibility; and offers shall then be issued provisionally to the shortlisted candidates.
