Business Analyst:

Education – Any graduate or a Graduate from Premium Institute is preferred.
- Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Expectations/Requirements:
- Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
- Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems
- Developing and maintaining databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Setup robust automated dashboards to drive performance management
- Derive business insights from data with a focus on driving business level metrics
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Problem solving – Assess what data is required to prove hypotheses and derive actionable insights
- Analytical skills – Top-notch Excel skills are necessary
