MP NRRMS Vacancy- Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
District Project Officer:
- Post-graduate degree with 1+ years/Graduate degree with 3+ years post qualification experience in social /community development sector, out of which at least 1 The year should be on relevant domains like Social MobilizaCon & Capacity Building, Financial Inclusion, Skill and Placement etc. will be preferable.
Accounts Officer:
- Post-graduate degree (fresh or exp)/Graduate with 2+ years post-qualification experience in Finance/Accounts related works.
- Candidates who have experience working on projects/schemes of social /community development projects/B.com and working knowledge of tally will be preferable.
Technical Assistant:
- Graduate (fresh or exp)/Diploma with at least six months of DCA and proficiency in computer typing, data entry, and report generation. Good knowledge of MS Office, with 1+ years of post-qualification experience in MIS-related work. (Preference will be given to BE/BTECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT)/BSc(IT),BCA/PGDCA ETC)
Data Manager:
- Graduate degree with proficiency in Computer typing, report generation, data entry and good knowledge of MS Office + 1-year post qualification experience in MIS-related works. (Preference will be given to BE/BTECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT)/BSc(IT),BCA/PGDCA ETC)
MIS Manager:
- Graduate degree with 2+ years /Diploma with 4+ years post qualification experience in report generation and good knowledge with 1+ years of qualification experience in MIS-related works. (Preference will be given to BE/BTECH/MCA/MSc(IT)/BSc(IT), BCA/PGDCA ETC)
MIS Assistant:
- Graduate (fresh or exp.) Diploma with 2+ years post-qualification experience and knowledge in Computer Applications. (Preference will be given to BE/BTECH/MCA/MSc(IT)/BSc(IT), BCA/PGDCA ETC)
Multi-Tasking Official:
- Graduate (fresh or exp.)/10+3/10+2 with 2+ years post-qualification experience and knowledge in Computer applications.

- 10+3/10+2/HS with Knowledge of Computer applications
Facilitator:
- 10+3(fresh or exp)/10+2 with 1+ years post-qualification experience and knowledge of Computer applications will be preferable.
Note: Initially, this engagement will last for three years. Based on the performance and requirements of the mission’s project, the contract may be further extended.

Selection Process of MP NRRMS Vacancy 2024:
- The short-listed candidates have to appear for a written test/interview.
- The applicants for the post whose applications are found in order will be shortlisted for calling for the selection test in order of merit in the ratio 1:5, i.e. five candidates will be called against each vacancy.
- Suppose the number of candidates having the cut-off mark exceeds the ratio of 1:5. In that case, the number of candidates to be invited for the post will be allowed to go beyond the ratio of 1:5 to the extent necessary to the nearest ratio but limited to the same cut-off mark so that no candidate with the same cut- off mark is deprived higher from appearing in the selection test.
- The test will contain questions about both narrative and objective types.
- The selection test will consist of the following subjects.
- General English, General Knowledge, Quantitative aptitude (Written): 150
- Knowledge of Computer (Theory)(Written): 50
- Computer Proficiency Test (Practical): 50
- Written Test & Computer Proficiency Test: – Details of admit card download, written test & Computer proficiency test will be notified at the appropriate Cme through newspaper and website.
- Those candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for a computer proficiency test (Practical). (The date and venue will be notified at the appropriate time through the newspaper and website of the NRRM Society.
- After the written test, the succeeding candidates will have to bring all original testimonials, i.e., Admit Card /Certificate of HSLC Examination, Mark Sheet of Qualifying Examination, Computer proficiency certificate, No Objection Certificate (for those already employed), cast certificate (in case of reserved category candidates), Valid BPL Documents (for BPL opted Candidates), and Employment Exchange registration card.

- General/OBC/MOBC Candidates: Rs.350/-
