NPCIL Recruitment 2024: Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL), a premier Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), has announced notifications for Trade Apprentice, Diploma Apprentice and Graduate Apprentice posts. NPCIL Careers – Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualifications- NPCIL ITI Recruitment:

Trade Apprentice (Fitter/Electrician/Electronics Mechanic):

• ITI Pass Certificate in respective Trade.

Diploma Apprentice (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics):

• Diploma Pass Certificate in engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Educational established by a State Government/ by a University/ by an Institute recognized by the State or Central Government as equivalent to a diploma in respective Discipline.

Graduate Apprentice (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil):

• Graduate Degree in engineering or technology granted by a statutory University/by an institution empowered to grant such degrees by an Act of Parliament in respective Discipline.

NPCIL Age Limit (As on 03 October 2024): 

• Trade Apprentice: Minimum age 18 years and maximum 24 years
• Diploma Apprentice: Minimum age 18 years and maximum 25 years
• Graduate Apprentice: Minimum age 18 years and maximum 26 years

Age Relaxation for NPCIL Jobs:

• Relaxation in maximum age upto 5 years for SC/ST candidates,
• 3 years for OBC (Non creamy layer) candidates and
• 10 years for General PwBD category candidates as per Government of India Orders.
• For PwBD candidates, disability should be 40 % or more.

NPCIL Stipend Details:

• Trade Apprentice:
  • Rs. 7,700/-  (for those who have been engaged after one year of ITI course)
  • Rs 8,050/-  (for those who have been engaged after two years of ITI course)
• Diploma Apprentice: Rs 8,000/-
• Graduate Apprentice: Rs. 9,000/-

Selection Process for NPCIL Recruitment 2024:

• The first preference will be given to the eligible local candidates living within 16 km radius of Narora Atomic Power Station, Narora, District Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh subject to fulfillment of reservation criteria.
• If the eligible candidates from local area as per the stipulated reservation criteria and categorywise distribution as mentioned are not found then eligible/merit candidates from other than local area shall be considered accordingly.
• Shortlisting of candidates will be done based on the percentage obtained by the candidate in the respective trade/Discipline
• In case of tie in the percentage of marks, the candidate born earlier shall be considered
• In case of tie in the Date of Birth, candidates with higher percentage obtained in Matriculation will be placed higher on the merit list
