NFR Recruitment Selection Process :
- Selection will be on the basis of written test and interview. Recruitment Committee is to add the marks given by the Trial Committee to the FIT candidates (i.e., out of 40 Marks), in order to make the final merit list (out of 100 Marks).
- Distribution of Marks: Maximum marks which can be awarded by the Trial Committee for performance during Trial and Recruitment Committee during Interview stage, shall be as follows:- For game skill, physical fitness & Coach’s observations during Trials :40 Marks ; For assessment of recognized Sports Achievements as per norms :50 Marks ; Educational Qualification: 10 Marks.

Educational Qualification:
Primary Teachers:
- Senior secondary (or equivalent ) with at least 50% marks and B.Ed/Diploma in Elementary Education (d.El.Ed.)/JBT/PTT ( by whatever name Known) And Pass in the Teacher Eligibility pest ( FEI) to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with Guidelines framed by the NICE for purpose and must have competency to teach in English Medium.
Trained Graduate Teachers;-
- Must have second class Bachelor’s degree ( in teaching subject) and B.Ed. And. Pass in the teacher Eligibility Test(TET) conducted by the approved Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. And Competence to teach through English medium / media as required at least he /she should have the language paper in secondary level .For PTI graduate from a recognized University with Diploma in Physical training from a recognized institution. Or. B P E D from a recognized University and Higher Secondary . For Fine Arts- Bachelors’ degree with Drawing & Painting /Fine Arts with minimum 2 years full time Diploma from a recognized Institution.
