Detailed Eligibility for NIT Patna Careers:
Project Title: Development of Driving Cycle and Vehicle Emission Levels for Mid-sized Cities under Adverse Traffic and Environment Conditions sponsored by DST-SERB.
Educational Qualification:
- Essential: GATE qualified, M.E, M.Tech. or equivalent PG in Transportation Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or related discipline.
- Duration: An initial one-year contract may be extended further based on the performance. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
- Job Description: The candidate will work on driving behaviour under heterogeneous traffic conditions, the impact on energy consumption, emission level/factors, and the evaluation of tailpipe emission.
Salary: Rs.31,000/- per month + 16% HRA as per Gol rules
