NIMHANS Recruitment 2025 – Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualifications:
Project Title: Accelerated deep intermittent theta-burst stimulation of medical prefrontal/anterior cingulate cortex for obsessive disorder: A multi-site randomised sham–controlled trial.
Technician:
- Essential: B.Sc. in Clinical Neurophysiology Technology/B.Sc. in Neuroscience Technology/Diploma in Clinical Neurophysiology Technology.
- Desirable: Experience with brain stimulation techniques such as transcranial magnetic stimulation
Junior Research Fellow:
- MPhil (Clinical Psychology/Psychiatric Social Work), Clinical Experience in assessing patients with psychiatric disorders, Familiarity with clinical rating scales in psychiatry.
- Desirable:
- Experience with brain stimulation techniques,
- Fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and English
- Experience in neuropsychological assessment
Nurse:
- Essential: Diploma in Nursing or BSc. Nursing
- Desirable: Experience with brain stimulation techniques such as Transcranial Magnetic stimulation
Duration: 36 months. The initial appointment will be made for 12 months, extendable subject to the performance of the candidate.
Age Limit:
- Technician: 40 years
- Junior Research Fellow: 40 years
- Nurse: 35 years
Salary Details:
- Technician: Rs. 25,000/-
- Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 34,000/-
- Nurse: Rs. 25,000/-
