SECTION: ‘A’ – Contractual (Executive Category Posts):
Junior Technical Manager (Civil):
- Essential: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years
Junior Technical Manager (Electrical):
- Essential: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years
Junior Technical Manager (SNT):
- Essential: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Communications from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years
Junior Technical Manager (RS):
- Essential: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics /Electrical/ Electronics & Communications /Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.

Selection Process of NHSRCL Careers:
- The selection methodology will comprise a three-stage process: a computer test (CBT), a personal interview, and a medical examination as per medical standards indicated against the respective post.
- The selection process would judge different knowledge, skills, comprehension, aptitude and physical fitness facets.
- Candidates must pass through each stage successfully (including the Medical examination), before being adjudged as suitable for selection.
- Candidates who qualify and rank high on the merit list within the zone of consideration shall be called for an interview based on their merit in CBT.
- Medical Examination will be conducted thereafter only for candidates who have successfully cleared CBT & Interview

- Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Women candidates are exempted from payment of this application fee.
